Andrej Napica

Andrej Napica was born in 1950. in Dubrovnik. He has been ship modeling since 1975. He graduated from the Faculty of Transport. He participated in ship modelers exhibitions and competitions in Croatia (1997. and 1998 bronze medals; 1998 and 2003 silver medals) and in Poland. As a judge, he participated in many national competitions in Rijeka. Since 2006, he is an international judge licensee.
