Registration - Rijeka 2012

Dear Sir/Madam,

you can find application instructions for the World Championship of Model Ships Rijeka 2012 below.
Application deadline is 30th June 2012. If you decide to make a reservation of an accommodation before 25th July 2012, you are required to pay a deposit which amounts € 100,00.

In order to apply for participation on the World Championship of Model Ships Rijeka 2012, you are required to fill and submit first three forms. The fourth and fifth application form are used for applying on additional contents and accommodation. All forms have to be filled out by a model ship association of each country. Submitted data will be used exclusively for purposes of conducting the World Championship of Model Ships Rijeka 2012.

1. Model ship association application form - this form is used for applying your model ship association to the world championship. You may fill out this form only once. After submission, the data is available for further corrections or modification.

2. Model shipbuilder application form - this form is used for applying model shipbuilder(s) of your association on the world championship. It is necessary to fill out and submit this form for each model shipbuilder.

3. Model ship application form - use this form to apply model ship(s) of each model shipbuilder applied on the world championship. It is necessary to fill out and submit this form for each ship model.

4. Accommodation application form - use this form to make reservations for offered accomodation. If you want to download document that has all information about accommodation you can do so here.

5. Visa - application form for receiving Warranty letter - with this application you can send request for warranty letter. You will then receive confirmed warranty letter. You can find all additional information about getting Visa on webpage of Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs.

6. Aditional contents, meal and transportation application form - use this form to select some of additional content such as: day trip (excursion), banquet or meals. You can reserve transportation from airport to accommodation. You may fill out and submit this form only once.
